  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower. Carefully cut two 1-inch thick “steaks” from the center of the cauliflower. The outer pieces will crumble but can be roasted as florets.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, turmeric powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the cauliflower steaks with the turmeric mixture on both sides, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
