2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Return the turkey medallions to the skillet and coat them well with the sauce.
