This easy turkey crockpot stuffing is a delicious and hands-off way to make a classic Thanksgiving side dish. Perfect for freeing up oven space, this recipe is packed with flavor and comes out moist and tender every time.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 (12 ounce) package stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Add the chopped onion and celery to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the dried sage, dried thyme, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the chicken broth into the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix and the melted butter.
  6. Pour the turkey mixture over the stuffing mix and stir until well combined.
  7. Transfer the stuffing mixture to a greased crockpot.
  8. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, or until heated through.

Notes

Serve hot as a side dish with your favorite Thanksgiving or holiday meal. For extra flavor, add cranberries or chopped apples to the stuffing mix.
