tiramisu chia pudding

Tiramisu Chia Pudding Delight

Enjoy the classic flavors of tiramisu in a healthy and easy chia pudding. This no-bake dessert is perfect for breakfast or a guilt-free treat any time of day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or other sweetener to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, cocoa powder, chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. In a jar or container, combine chia seeds, almond milk, cooled coffee, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are mixed thoroughly and chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  3. Cover the jar or container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.
  4. Before serving, stir the chia pudding. If it’s too thick, add a splash more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  5. Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream, cocoa powder, and chocolate shavings, if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee. You can also add a splash of coffee liqueur for an extra kick (if you aren’t avoiding alcohol).
