  • 1 package (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: pearl sugar or sanding sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well until a soft dough forms.
  3. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle the tops with pearl or sanding sugar for extra sparkle and crunch.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and lightly golden.
  6. Remove from oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
