These Spinach Garlic Meatballs combine tender ground meat with fresh spinach and aromatic garlic, creating a flavorful and nutritious dish perfect for dinner or appetizers.

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, finely chopped spinach, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and set aside on a plate.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the meatballs in batches for about 4-5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
  5. Remove meatballs from skillet and drain on paper towels before serving.

For extra flavor, serve these meatballs with a side of marinara sauce or sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top.
