A flavorful and healthy Spinach Garlic Chicken recipe combining tender chicken breasts with fresh spinach and aromatic garlic for a quick and satisfying meal.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups fresh spinach, washed and chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add the chopped spinach and chicken broth, cook until spinach wilts, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Return chicken to skillet, squeeze lemon juice over the top, and cook for an additional 2 minutes to combine flavors.
  8. Serve the chicken topped with sautéed spinach and garlic warm.

Notes

For extra richness, add a tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken before serving.
