This Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip is a crowd-pleasing appetizer, perfect for game day or any gathering. Creamy, cheesy, and packed with buffalo wing flavor, it’s sure to be a hit!

  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Optional: Diced jalapeños, to taste
  • Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, and green onions. If desired, add diced jalapeños.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Spread the mixture into an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and heated through.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, broil the dip for the last 2-3 minutes of baking to brown the top. Watch closely to prevent burning!
