This S’mores Pie brings the classic campfire treat indoors! A graham cracker crust is filled with rich chocolate ganache and topped with toasted marshmallows for the ultimate dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Let cool completely.
  4. While the crust is cooling, prepare the chocolate ganache. Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute.
  6. Whisk the chocolate and cream together until smooth and glossy. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the chocolate ganache into the cooled graham cracker crust.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the ganache is firm.
  9. Just before serving, preheat the broiler.
  10. Cover the chocolate ganache with mini marshmallows.
  11. Broil for 1-2 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasted. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
  12. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the toasted marshmallows before serving. You can also use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows instead of using a broiler.
