Smores Bark

Smores Bark is a delightful no-bake treat combining melted chocolate, graham crackers, marshmallows, and a crunchy, sweet texture perfect for snacking or dessert.

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker pieces
  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract into the melted chocolate.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the graham cracker pieces evenly over the chocolate layer.
  6. Top with mini marshmallows and optional crushed nuts.
  7. Gently press the toppings into the chocolate to help them stick.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until the chocolate is firm.
  9. Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

For extra gooey marshmallows, briefly broil the assembled bark for 1-2 minutes before refrigerating.
