This Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip is creamy, cheesy, and packed with that classic spicy buffalo flavor! Perfect for parties, game days, or any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese (if using).
  2. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or on high for 1-2 hours, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly. Stir occasionally.
  4. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

For a thicker dip, drain any excess liquid after cooking. Feel free to adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to control the level of spiciness.
