Rotel cream cheese sausage balls

Deliciously cheesy and savory sausage balls made with Rotel tomatoes and cream cheese, perfect for parties or snacks.

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and drained Rotel until well combined.
  3. Add Bisquick baking mix and stir until dough forms.
  4. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
