A creamy and tangy ranch dressing made with fresh herbs and simple ingredients, perfect for salads, dipping, and enhancing your favorite dishes.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice or white vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
  2. Add chopped chives, parsley, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Whisk in lemon juice or vinegar to add brightness and balance flavors.
  4. Cover and refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  5. Stir well before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream or mayonnaise. This dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
