Crispy, golden Parmesan Potatoes baked to perfection with a flavorful blend of herbs and cheese, making a delicious side dish for any meal.

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, dried Italian herbs, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, then sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and toss gently to coat.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until potatoes are golden and crisp.
  6. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before baking and pat dry thoroughly.
