Oreo Cheesecake

A rich and creamy Oreo Cheesecake featuring a crunchy Oreo crust and luscious filling, perfect for any dessert lover.

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 Oreo cookies, halved for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined.
  6. Fold in sour cream gently until smooth.
  7. Pour filling over the Oreo crust and smooth the top.
  8. Arrange Oreo halves on top for decoration.
  9. Bake for 50–60 minutes until the center is almost set.
  10. Turn off oven and leave cheesecake inside with door slightly open for 1 hour.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with a drizzle of chocolate syrup or whipped cream.
