  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, divided
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine red velvet cake mix, oil, and water until a thick batter forms.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and vanilla extract; mix until fully incorporated and smooth.
  3. Stir in 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar gradually until the mixture becomes firm enough to shape.
  4. Optional: Melt white chocolate chips and mix into batter for extra creaminess.
  5. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Combine remaining powdered sugar and cocoa powder in a shallow dish.
  7. Roll each ball in the powdered sugar and cocoa mixture to coat completely.
