Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine powdered sugar, butter, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in pecans and coconut.
  3. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Dip each ball into melted chocolate, coating completely.
  5. Place on parchment paper to set.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
