Elevate your cheese game with this simple Marinated Cheese recipe! Cubes of your favorite cheese soak up a flavorful blend of herbs, garlic, and olive oil, creating a delicious appetizer or snack.

  • 8 ounces cheese, cubed (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs, chopped (rosemary, thyme, oregano)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped herbs, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add the cubed cheese to the bowl and gently toss to coat evenly.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours, to allow the cheese to marinate.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
