Luxe Cranberry Tiramisu

Elevate your dessert game with this Luxe Cranberry Tiramisu. This festive twist on a classic features layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, creamy mascarpone, and a tangy cranberry sauce for a truly decadent treat.

  • 1 package (7 ounces) ladyfingers
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup cranberry liqueur (such as Grand Marnier or Cointreau), optional
  • 16 ounces mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (12 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries, for garnish
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, combine cooled coffee and cranberry liqueur (if using). Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, just enough to moisten.
  2. In a large bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish or trifle bowl, arrange a layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Spoon half of the cranberry sauce over the cream layer.
  6. Repeat layers with remaining ladyfingers, cream, and cranberry sauce.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
  8. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and garnish with fresh cranberries.

Notes

For an extra festive touch, consider adding a sprinkle of orange zest to the mascarpone cream.
