Keto Cottage Cheese Chips

Crunchy and savory keto-friendly chips made from baked cottage cheese, perfect for a low-carb snack or appetizer.

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional, for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly grease with olive oil if desired.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly blended.
  3. Using a spoon, scoop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
  4. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon to form thin, chip-like disks.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the chips are crisp.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet to crisp up further.
  7. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle a little chili powder or herbs like rosemary before baking. Serve with guacamole or a creamy keto dip for a tasty snack.
