Ingredients

  • 1 pack instant noodles
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot and cook the instant noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the water and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Crack the egg into the pot and gently scramble it with the garlic butter until cooked through.
  6. Return the cooked noodles to the pot and toss everything together to combine well.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes
