Honey-Drizzled Goat Cheese Bites

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 cup crushed walnuts or pecans
  • Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Crackers or toasted baguette slices, for serving

Instructions

  1. Use a small spoon or scoop to form goat cheese into bite-sized balls and place them on a serving platter.
  2. Roll each cheese ball in crushed walnuts or pecans until evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle fresh thyme over the coated cheese bites.
  4. Drizzle honey generously over the top of the goat cheese bites.
  5. Finish with a light sprinkle of freshly cracked black pepper.
  6. Serve immediately with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
