These festive Halloween Blondies are a spooky and delicious treat! Loaded with white chocolate chips and colorful sprinkles, they’re perfect for parties or a fun seasonal bake.

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar. Mix well.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
  4. Stir in salt and flour until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and Halloween sprinkles.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
