Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Crispy on the outside and tender inside, these Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges are a flavorful and easy-to-make side dish perfect for any meal.

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, then flip the wedges to the other side and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot wedges.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if using, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking and pat them dry thoroughly.
