Scale
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  5. Add green beans to the sauce and toss to coat.
  6. Pour green bean mixture into a baking dish.
  7. Top with crispy fried onions.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese. You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
