  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan or on a baking sheet.
  5. Spread marinara sauce over the top if desired.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
