Experience crispy fried chicken infused with rich garlic butter for a juicy, flavorful meal that’s perfect for any dinner occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
  3. Dip each chicken thigh first into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the chicken thighs for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  7. Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  8. Return chicken to skillet and spoon garlic butter over the top, cooking for another 2 minutes to absorb flavors.
  9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, let the coated chicken rest for 10 minutes before frying. Serve with mashed potatoes or a fresh side salad.
