  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or sausage (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
