These Easy Cool Whip Cookies are incredibly soft, chewy, and require just a few simple ingredients. Perfect for a quick and delicious treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) cake mix (any flavor)
  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 large egg
  • Optional: sprinkles, chocolate chips, or other mix-ins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. Mix until well combined. The batter will be thick.
  3. If desired, fold in sprinkles, chocolate chips, or other mix-ins.
  4. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
  6. Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For extra flavor, try using different flavored cake mixes, such as chocolate, strawberry, or lemon.
