  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, mashed banana, egg, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

Notes
