This comforting Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti features tender chicken simmered with spaghetti, cheese, and a creamy tomato sauce for an easy, flavorful meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz spaghetti, broken in half
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of a crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, diced green bell pepper, diced onion, diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Add the broken spaghetti on top and press down slightly to submerge.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until pasta is tender.
  5. About 15 minutes before serving, stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and cover again until melted.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra shredded cheese if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, stir in a pinch of red pepper flakes or top with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
