  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.
  4. Mix in the cooked rice and shrimp, combining well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly on top.
  6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the cheese layer.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
