This creamy horseradish sauce is a tangy and smooth condiment perfect for enhancing meats, sandwiches, and roasted vegetables with a zesty kick.

  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sour cream, prepared horseradish, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
  2. Whisk together until smooth and well blended.
  3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Notes
