This Creamy Garlic Chicken Ramen combines tender chicken, rich garlic-infused broth, and silky noodles for a comforting and flavorful bowl that’s perfect any day of the week.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup coconut milk or heavy cream
  • 2 packages ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: soft boiled egg for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper; remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in coconut milk or heavy cream, and let the broth heat through without boiling.
  5. Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and divide into serving bowls.
  6. Return cooked chicken to the broth and heat for 2 minutes.
  7. Pour the creamy garlic broth and chicken over the noodles.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and soft boiled eggs, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of chili flakes or a splash of rice vinegar before serving.
