This creamy beef pasta combines tender ground beef with a rich, velvety sauce and perfectly cooked pasta for a comforting and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.
  4. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour in beef broth and simmer for 5 minutes to reduce slightly.
  5. Lower heat, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; stir continuously until sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet to coat evenly with the creamy beef sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or a pinch of red pepper flakes when cooking the beef.
