Cranberry Whipped Feta Dip with Crackers

This Cranberry Whipped Feta Dip with Crackers is a tangy and creamy appetizer perfect for holiday gatherings or everyday snacking, combining smooth whipped feta with vibrant cranberry notes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Assorted crackers, for serving
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, cook cranberries over medium heat with 1 tablespoon water until they start to pop and soften, about 5 minutes. Let cool.
  2. In a food processor, combine crumbled feta, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  3. Pulse the mixture until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Add the cooked cranberries to the food processor and pulse a few times to gently incorporate some of the berries for texture while keeping some whole pieces.
  5. Transfer the whipped dip to a serving bowl, garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with assorted crackers or cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before serving.

Notes

For a festive touch, stir in chopped toasted pecans or walnuts before serving, or swirl in a spoonful of cranberry sauce for extra sweetness.
