A zesty and vibrant Cranberry Jalapeño Dip that perfectly balances tart cranberries with spicy jalapeños, ideal for holiday gatherings or anytime snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the cranberries until coarsely chopped.
  2. Add the jalapeño, cream cheese, sour cream, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  5. Serve chilled with crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For added texture, sprinkle chopped pecans or cranberries on top before serving, or adjust jalapeño amount for preferred heat level.
