Cranberry Jalapeno Dip

A vibrant and zesty Cranberry Jalapeno Dip that combines the tartness of cranberries with the spicy kick of jalapenos, perfect for parties or as a flavorful snack.

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cranberries and pat dry.
  2. In a food processor, combine cranberries, jalapeno, cream cheese, sour cream, honey, lime juice, and salt.
  3. Pulse until smooth but still slightly textured.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves if desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For a smoky flavor, roast the jalapeno before chopping or add a pinch of smoked paprika. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
