Start your day with these delicious and protein-packed Cinnamon Roll Protein Crepes! They’re easy to make and taste just like your favorite cinnamon roll.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup protein pancake mix
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free syrup
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar substitute
  • Pinch of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together protein pancake mix, milk, egg whites, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or crepe pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle and spread into a thin circle.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  5. While the crepe is cooking, prepare the cream cheese frosting. In a small bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar substitute, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Once the crepe is cooked, spread the cream cheese frosting over the crepe.
  7. Drizzle with sugar-free syrup and enjoy!
