  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • Powdered sugar, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  3. Dip each cinnamon roll slice into the egg mixture, coating both sides thoroughly but gently to avoid breaking.
  4. Place the coated slices onto the hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Repeat with remaining slices, adding more butter as needed.
  6. Serve warm, topped with maple syrup and a sprinkle of powdered sugar if desired.
