Cinnamon Apple Grape Salad

A refreshing and naturally sweet salad featuring crisp apples, juicy grapes, and a hint of warm cinnamon, perfect for a healthy snack or light dessert.

  • 2 large apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped apples and halved grapes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, and ground cinnamon until well blended.
  3. Pour the cinnamon dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat all pieces evenly.
  4. If desired, sprinkle chopped walnuts on top for added crunch.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

For a creamier version, add a dollop of Greek yogurt or a sprinkle of granola on top before serving.
