This Christmas Sugar Cookie Pie combines the festive flavors of sugar cookies with the ease of a pie. It’s a delightful and simple dessert perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 1 roll (16.5 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Assorted Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll sugar cookie dough and press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and egg until well combined.
  5. In a separate small bowl, combine all-purpose flour and cream cheese mixture. Mix well.
  6. Pour cream cheese mixture into the prepared cookie crust.
  7. Sprinkle with assorted Christmas sprinkles.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
  9. Let cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

For an extra touch, dust the pie with powdered sugar before serving. You can also add a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
