Christmas Cookie Lasagna is a festive layered dessert combining classic holiday cookies, creamy frosting, and chocolate for a crowd-pleasing treat perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 1 package chocolate chip cookies (about 15 cookies)
  • 1 package peppermint cookies (about 15 cookies)
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding, prepared
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla extract to make the frosting.
  2. In a 9×9 inch dish, layer half of the chocolate chip cookies at the bottom.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese frosting over the cookies.
  4. Layer all the peppermint cookies over the frosting layer.
  5. Spread the chocolate pudding evenly over the peppermint cookies.
  6. Add the remaining cream cheese frosting on top of the pudding layer.
  7. Top with the remaining chocolate chip cookies.
  8. Sprinkle crushed candy canes and mini chocolate chips on top.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow layers to set.
  10. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For extra decadence, drizzle melted chocolate over the top before refrigerating or add a sprinkle of festive sprinkles for color.
