This Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Ball is a sweet and creamy no-bake dessert perfect for parties! Easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser, it’s the perfect appetizer or sweet treat to share.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, plus more for coating
  • Graham crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating until well combined.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the mixture to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, shape the mixture into a ball.
  6. Spread the remaining chocolate chips on a plate or in a shallow dish.
  7. Roll the cheesecake ball in the chocolate chips, pressing gently to adhere.
  8. Serve with graham crackers for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of sea salt on top of the chocolate chips before chilling. You can also use crushed pretzels or nuts for coating instead of chocolate chips.
