This Chocolate Chip Cannoli Pie combines the best of two worlds: a creamy cannoli filling nestled in a flaky pie crust, studded with chocolate chips. It’s an easy and impressive dessert perfect for any occasion!

  • 1 (14.1 ounce) box refrigerated pie crusts
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese, drained
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Optional: Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll one pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie plate. Crimp the edges.
  2. Bake the pie crust for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, and cinnamon. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the cannoli filling into the cooled pie crust.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the filling to set.
  7. Before serving, dust with powdered sugar if desired. Slice and enjoy!
