  • 4 ounces Boursin cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
