Delicious Homemade Chicken Bacon Wrap

This Chicken Bacon Wrap combines tender grilled chicken and crispy bacon wrapped in a warm tortilla for a delicious, satisfying meal perfect for lunch or dinner.

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Grill or cook the chicken breasts in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice thinly.
  4. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until pliable.
  5. Spread mayonnaise evenly over each tortilla.
  6. Layer the shredded lettuce, sliced chicken, crispy bacon, tomato slices, and shredded cheese on each tortilla.
  7. Roll up each tortilla tightly to form a wrap. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a drizzle of ranch dressing or a few slices of avocado inside the wrap.
