  • 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup baking mix (such as Bisquick)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork sausage, drained Rotel tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, baking mix, and garlic powder.
  3. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
