Delicious Cheddar Ranch Cheeseball on a Serving Platter

This Cheddar Ranch Cheeseball is the perfect party appetizer! Creamy, cheesy, and packed with ranch flavor, it’s always a crowd-pleaser.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon (optional)
  • Crackers, pretzels, or vegetables, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add the cheddar cheese, ranch dressing mix, green onions, and bacon (if using). Stir until well combined.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  4. Remove the cheeseball from the refrigerator and shape it into a ball.
  5. Serve with crackers, pretzels, or vegetables.

Notes

For an extra touch, roll the cheeseball in chopped pecans or more shredded cheddar cheese before serving.
