Boursin Cheese

Boursin Cheese is a creamy, herb-infused spread perfect for appetizers or enhancing snacks with a rich and flavorful twist.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add minced garlic, chopped parsley, chives, and dill to the mixture.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined and evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or mold into a ball using plastic wrap.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Serve chilled with crackers, fresh bread, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of crushed red pepper or swapping fresh herbs with dried ones if unavailable.
